April 17 through May 7, 2017. The management at Westshore Mall in Langford proposed this project and provided both the recycled plastic bottles and the venue for the resulting display. The artist winning the people’s choice vote received a cash prize of $1000. Winner: Inukshuk; second place: Go West, Young Man.
