Our Online Life Drawing and Portrait Drawing is open to members and non members alike. The same as our in-person sessions, all skill levels are welcome. In fact, beginners or those who can’t get out may be even more comfortable working in their own space to begin with. If you have any concerns about group gatherings because of Covid-19 or our in-person sessions are not available, this is a great option.
Session Format:
Xchanges is offering a variety of 2 hour, and 1 hour sessions 6 times a week.
Each session will include a warm-up of gestures and short poses followed by a series of progressively longer poses and some midway breaks for the model and participants. There will be time for sharing (if desired) and conversation. This is a great time with your artist colleagues.

Cost: $5 members, $10 non members

About Xchanges Artists’ Gallery and Studios:
Xchanges was founded in 1967 and is the oldest Artist-Run-Centre in Canada, located in Victoria, BC on Vancouver Island on the unceded Coast Salish territories. We are a non profit registered Charity and fully run by volunteers; there are no paid staff. We support artists and the community by providing affordable studio space for making art, a public gallery for showing art, and run programs like our Life Drawing to continue learning and building art skills and community.
