DESCRIPTION:The West Shore Arts Council has made arrangements for The Risin
 g to perform their new HALLOWEEN CIRCUS show for a select audience. There 
 will be 3 half-hour shows on Saturday\, October 24 at 1:00\, 2:30 and 4:00
  pm. The performances will be held outdoors\, in west Langford and in alig
 nment with Public Health protocols. Tickets are free and are available to 
 Westshore residents.
