Open Studio & Garden Event – May 23–24
Artist Roberta Pyx Sutherland invites the public to the launch of the Tea House Gallery, an open studio and garden event taking place May 23–24 from 11am to 4pm at 314 Huntington Place.
Visitors are invited to step inside the artist’s working studio and wander the garden while experiencing Sutherland’s work. For the first time in decades, she has opened her long-closed, overflowing studio drawers, offering drawings from years of travel and pilgrimage. Her original mushroom collaborations will also be exhibited.
The garden, adjacent to Beacon Hill Park, offers ample room to relax and enjoy live music and refreshments, with a few unexpected appearances throughout the weekend.
The space is wheelchair accessible, and dogs on leash are welcome.
