On Saturday, October 3, we held the 10th anniversary of our Light Up the Hills.

It was a great day – a warm fall day with no clouds in sight!

This year we extended the festival route to showcase:

• 15+ light artists (many new to the festival) – presenting their creations – with some making their debut –
• 5 musical groups,
• Roaming puppets (Gussie and the big blue guy, Cosmo),
• Acrobats & stilt walkers,
• Balloon artists,
• Face Painting with glow in the dark paints that lit up under the UV lights mounted around the playground
• and the very popular Lantern Table!

Not only did we attract more than 5,000 people, raccoons were also fascinated by the lights! (See photos…)
