This year there will be

• 16 light installations – many new and interactive
• a new acrobatic show by the Rising
• 5 musical acts – many new to the festival
• a  lantern workshop (Belmont Secondary)
• free glow-in-the-dark face painting (Belmont Secondary)
• and, of course, free balloon art

In addition to paper lanterns, this year we also have a limited number of Bobo balloons:
